On July 1st, Xu Juan, Party Secretary of the School of Management Engineering at Nanjing Institute of Technology, Xu Falei, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice Dean, Associate Professor Xiong Xiangyang of the Department of Management Engineering, Chen Jingyu, Director of the Student Affairs Office, and a group of teacher representatives visited Jiangsu Guoqiang Group to carry out school-enterprise co-construction activities. Guoqiang Group Chairman Yuan Guoqiang, Group Vice President Ke Yangzong, Administrative Party Branch Secretary Fang Yaohua, and Assistant General Manager of the Group Human Resources Center Zhang Zhenhua attended the symposium. The meeting was hosted by Zhao Yu, Director of the Group President's Office.
At the symposium, Xu Juan, Party Secretary of the School of Management Engineering at Nanjing Institute of Technology, briefly reviewed the development history of the school, introduced the school's educational characteristics, and shared practices and achievements in teaching management and talent cultivation. She expressed hope to further strengthen mutual exchanges in the future, work hand in hand, and deliver high-quality management talents to the industry.

At the meeting, Xu Juan, Party Secretary of the School of Management Engineering at Nanjing Institute of Technology, and Chairman Yuan Guoqiang jointly signed the agreement for the co-construction of a graduate employment base.
At the same time, Xu Juan, Party Secretary of the School of Management Engineering at Nanjing Institute of Technology, and Fang Yaohua, Secretary of the Administrative Party Branch of Guoqiang Group, jointly signed the party organization co-construction agreement.
