I. Competency Requirements:
1. Associate degree or higher; major is not restricted.
2. 22–35 years old.
3. Good appearance, meticulous and conscientious in work, highly responsible, and strong communication skills.
4. Holding a valid driver’s license enables one to adapt to long-term business trips or overseas assignments.
5. Prior sales experience or related work experience is preferred, but candidates without experience can also be trained.
II. Job Responsibilities:
1. Channel development and customer acquisition and retention.
2. Project negotiation and contract performance follow-up.
3. Accounts receivable collection and sprint toward performance targets.
III. Salary:
Base salary: 4,000–6,000 + commission based on performance—salary negotiable!
