It is expected that 10 08:00 to 11 08:00, most of Fujian, eastern Jiangxi, northern and southwestern Zhejiang and the eastern coast, Shanghai, southeastern Jiangsu, southwestern Taiwan, Guangdong, east-central and northwestern Henan, northern and southern Shaanxi, Gansu, eastern Gansu, northeastern Qinghai, southwestern Sichuan Basin and other places in parts of the region with torrential rains or heavy rainfall. Localities in the above areas and accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, thunderstorm winds and other strong convective weather, the maximum hourly rainfall of up to 30 to 60 mm.
Defence Guidelines:
1. It is recommended that the government and relevant departments do emergency work in defence against heavy rain in accordance with their duties;
2, cut off the outdoor power supply in dangerous areas, suspend outdoor work;
3, do a good job of urban drainage, pay attention to prevent possible flash floods, landslides, mudslides and other disasters.
