Z-Sheet Pile is a continuous wall constructed by connecting Z-shaped steel sheets positively and negatively by means of locks. Because of the wide shape of Z-shape steel sheet pile, it has superior economy compared with general steel sheet pile, and also can shorten the construction period.
Features of Z-Sheet Pile
1、Economy
Z-sheet piles can construct diaphragm walls with large cross-section shapes through the locking design at both ends. Compared with the cross-section of general steel sheet piles, such as U-sheet piles, it is a product with lighter weight and higher efficiency with higher cross-section performance. It is for this reason that the material cost can be greatly reduced when the section performance is the same.
2、Shorten the construction period
Z-type steel sheet pile with larger cross-section shape can reduce the construction time by reducing the number of construction roots, so as to reduce the time of picking up and piling, and shorten the construction period.
3、Water resistance
By reducing the number of Z-sheet piles with larger cross-section, the amount of water leakage can be suppressed by reducing the number of piles to be constructed, and the amount of water leakage can be greatly reduced. In addition, the locking of GQNS-Z and the existing cold-formed steel sheet piles have smaller gaps than the existing cold-formed steel sheet piles, so that they can play a more excellent water-stopping properties.
4. Structural Reliability
The locking position of Z-type steel sheet pile is located at the outer side of the central axis, which will not be affected by the longitudinal shear force generated near the central axis during bending deformation, and will not occur the locking of unbuckling. It is a trustworthy product that will not reduce the interface performance due to debonding.
